As an M3 COM/Sales & Logistics Consultant, Our primary responsibility is to provide expertise in the order-to-cash (OTC) process, specifically in the areas of sales and logistics. Our role involves designing and implementing solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTC process. You will work with clients to understand their business requirements and help them optimize their sales and logistics processes using the M3 COM software suite.
Our key duties may include :
Conducting business analysis to identify areas of improvement in the OTC process, specifically in sales and logistics.
Working with clients to understand their business needs and translating those needs into functional requirements.
Designing and configuring M3 COM software solutions to meet client requirements.
Providing guidance to clients on best practices and industry standards in sales and logistics.
Collaborating with other consultants and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet client expectations.
Providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the solutions.
Participating in project planning, including scoping, estimation, and project management.
